How do I know if I'm eligible to join?
This event is strictly for buy-side event professionals only, including:
- In-house corporate event and marketing professionals
- Experiential agency event and marketing professionals
- Association event and marketing professionals
- Exhibition and conference organisers
To maintain the quality of peer discussion, sell-side organisations are not permitted to attend.
This includes anyone representing a company that provides services, solutions, media, communities, technology, software, platforms or consulting to the events industry.

Important registration notice
If you are a supplier or vendor and register for this event despite the eligibility criteria above:
- Your registration may be cancelled at our discretion
- You will receive a refund less a 50% administration and processing fee

Will I need to prepare anything?
You don't need to prepare per se, but as with all such events, you get out what you put in, so we strongly encourage you to spend at least five, and maybe even ten minutes thinking about the topic discussion and which ones will suit you best on the day. Ideally you'll to come with some ideas you can share with the group as the more you put in, the more you'll get out.
What is the dress code for the company event or conference?
The dress code for the event is come as you are - be that from an event, the office or working from home. Event Tech World welcomes all styles and vibes!
Are there vegetarian or vegan meal options available during the event?
Absolutely - please share any dietary requirements, but we'll be choosing food for all.
What will happen after I register?
We'll double check this is a good fit for you - this might mean a quick chat with one of our team. Then we'll add you to the calendar invite with further details.
What will I leave with that I can use immediately?
A black book of peers working on overcoming the same challenges as you.
A list of potential suppliers who might be able to support you - you'll meet a couple onsite too.
